Our passion is to find home buying, renting, and selling solutions for every person that we work with. We’re a small family-owned business working in southeast Ohio, and surrounding areas that specializes in Rent To Own options for both buyers and sellers.

Our team focuses on purchasing homes via Lease Purchase, Owner Financing, or any other non-conventional method. We assist buyers with a plan to gain the time they need for credit repair, mortgage qualifying, seasoning, or building up a down payment.

We help families accomplish their dream of home ownership as well as partner with sellers that receive full market value for their homes. We usually buy between 3-5 properties monthly and a large percentage of those are done with creative financing.
